Property Nanny has been developed to respond to the needs of a relatively new market segment in Bulgaria. Greatly inspired by the renowned local hospitality, it met considerable growth during the past two years. All Nanny services are operated by Property Nanny Ltd, a division of GoodlifeBulgaria Group. The company group has been involved in the real estate business in Bulgaria since 1993. During that time it has generated a team of experienced construction specialists, construction controllers, engineers, architects and technicians. Since June 2006 the company has employed over 80 people in Denmark and Bulgaria. Property Nanny Ltd is an integral part of the group, which also incorporates BM Development Ltd - a property development company with Danish ownership and management, the construction company Skandinav Construction Ltd, Skandinav Estate Services Ltd (SES), as well as thirteen investment companies.

In 2005 GoodlifeBulgaria Group managed investments and developments amounting to over EUR 13,000,000. BM Development Ltd receives legal advice from Elvang & Partnere in Copenhagen and from KPMG legal & tax advisors in Sofia and Varna.
