Bill & Mail Nanny: The amount of money in your bank account should be enough to cover the payments PN is going to do on your behalf. Therefore we will require a positive amount of at least €300.00 to be kept in it. PN will inform you accordingly if the bank account is to be debited. In order to do the payments on your behalf a representative of PN has to be authorized by you to operate with the account. Therefore we will require a power of attorney signed by you. That involves an additional payment for the notary fee and a legalized translator at a total cost of about €10.00. The bank account will be set up in First investment Bank (with the assistance of a Property Nanny representative if required).

If you prefer to receive your mail by fax or e-mail, it will have to be opened by a representative of Property Nanny.

Cleaning Nanny: PN bears no responsibility in cases of theft of client’s belongings except when proved by the local Police that it has been committed by employees of Property Nanny. PN undertakes to provide full assistance to the authorities for successful disclosure of the crime.

Company Nanny: The amount of money in the company’s bank account should be enough to cover the payments PN is going to do on your behalf. /Therefore we will require a positive amount of at least €500.00 to be kept in it. PN will inform you accordingly if the bank account is to be debited. / In order to perform all listed services an employee of PN has to be authorized by to represent your company and operate with its bank account. That involves an additional payment for the notary fee and a legalized translator at a total cost of about €10.00. If you require the utility files of other properties to be transferred under your company’s name, the additional charge will be €50.00 plus €0.75 per km (transportation costs) for each estate. The amounts of the local fees and taxes are individual and depend on the property’s tax evaluation.

Building Inspection: PN wants to inform you that we may send an engineer to do that inspection only in case that the builder agrees to that. We would also like to inform you that if we execute the service, a copy of the technical report will be given to the builder. Thought it is only advisory and the builder is not obliged to stick to it.
