- Guardian Nanny- 24-hour guardian service
- Administration- 2 receptionists to organize the management
- Accounting- full accounting service for the owners
- Bill & Mail Nanny- taking care of bill payment, mail delivery or storage
- Pool Nanny- maintaining the cristal clarity of the water and pool bar management
- Gardening Nanny- maintaining the green areas fresh and beautiful
- Cleaning Nanny- cleaning of all the houses and the common areas
