 Have the bills of your property taken care of. In accordance with the law and common practice in Bulgaria, the bills for utility services are to be paid on monthly bases. Property Nanny will cover all payments from funds in a previously appointed by the client account. All invoices will be scanned and e-mailed or faxed to you as soon as the transactions have been completed. The originals will be kept and handed to you upon arrival or whenever requested. The Mail Nanny Service includes collecting the letters to the property. We will inform you about the subject of each letter and sent them to you or store them until your arrival. Should you require, we can send certain items to you by fax, e-mail or regular post.
