• day-to-day running of the administration of the company
• day-to-day running of the accountancy of the non-operating company
• submission of tax returns for the relevant calendar year
• transfer the ownership of utility files for water and electricity of one property owned by the company if needed

The service is annual from 1^st January to 31^st December. It  does not involve any additional requirements the owner might have e.g. but not limited to sourcing and purchasing of additional property, purchases for and on behalf of the company etc. Property Nanny will also temporarily stop the electricity and water supply in order to avoid unnecessary payment. Such action will only be taken if requested by the owner. As a bonus to our package we will organize the payment of local taxes and fees for the account of the client company. The Company Nanny service entails a report of the company stand after each action taken.
