These are property inspections conducted by the Property Nanny service personnel as a minimum once a month either at a time stipulated by the owner, or as selected by the Property Nanny team depending on the area.

The owner will receive a report on the condition of the house, the lands and 4-8 pictures per report (the owner may choose the locations the pictures are to be taken). If an owner wants to order a single Nanny Visit, they will be charged €50. For locations further than 50 km a supplement of €0.15 will be charged per additional km.
